Are you available on my date? 

Please fill out our inquiry form here, which includes the date of your event. We will respond as quickly as possible.

How much do your services cost?

Because all orders are customized, prices do vary. To get a quote, please complete our inquiry form.

Can you use the balloons I already purchased? 

Unfortunately, I am unable to use them as I can only guarantee my quality of work with the brands that I use.

Are you able to show me a mock-up design? 

Yes! Per your request, I can create a visual mock-up to give you an idea of color, design, and theme .
(Note: Mock-up requests will be provided within 36hrs of your request.)

Is there a deposit? 

Yes, there is a non-refundable $150.00 retainer fee that holds your spot and gets applied to your balance.

What payment methods do you accept?

I accept debit, credit, cash, or payment apps such as Cash App and Paypal (preferred).

How much time do you need for setup? 

Setup typically takes between 1-2 hours, as projects are started off site and transported to the location.

Do you do the breakdown?

Yes, setup and breakdown are both factored into the price, unless previously discussed.
